Super Bowl Events 2019 in Cologne, Bonn and Essen
Germans might not be the biggest American Football fans in the world, but they are growing to love it more each year. Thousands of German viewers will be tuning in to the Super Bowl this Sunday (Feb. 3rd), despite the nightly air time.
If you are living in Cologne and you want to watch the game in company, there’s a special treat for you – Lanxess Arena will host Germany’s largest Super Bowl party. American flair and concession stands, football-themed activities around the venue, cheerleading and a live DJ are there to create an unforgettable event. The game and half time show (featuring Maroon 5 this year) are projected on the Arena’s large video cube.
The German tv channel ProSieben brodcasts the Super Bowl and will tune in to the party at Lanxess throughout the night.
Doors open at 10 pm, kick off is 0:30 am German time. You can still order tickets for 10 Euros each at Eventim.
If you’re staying in Bonn or Essen, you won’t have to watch the Super Bowl by yourself either. Here are some tips for Sunday night:
