Zeitwohnen Rhein Ruhr incurs no costs for the tenant: neither service fees nor agency fees.<\/p>\n

However, the tenant is obliged to inform Zeitwohnen Rhein Ruhr immediately after a rental agreement is reached. All information provided by Zeitwohnen Rhein Ruhr must be treated confidentially. This data may not be passed on to third parties without our consent, otherwise a contractual penalty may be imposed.<\/p>\n

All information about the published properties is based on the information that Zeitwohnen Rhein Ruhr received from the respective landlord. We are not responsible for the accuracy of this information. We cannot assert a claim if the customer or landlord does not fulfill their obligations under the rental agreement. Zeitwohnen Rhein Ruhr cannot be held responsible for any breaches or violations of the rental agreement.<\/p>\n
